Why can’t I watch or play a video?

Videos may have trouble playing if you’re experiencing internet connection issues (please see our system requirements).

Our videos play on-demand from our streaming partner Vimeo. They are one of the biggest video hosting sites in the world, however in rare cases there may be a temporary problem on their end.
