This has been a thoroghly productive course where I have learned a clear process to understand, identify and manage canine behaviour issues. The resources are an amazing support and make it very easy to go straight from theory to practically supporting owners straight away.

Would highly recommend Caroline`s course! Very relevant content, great links to other materials. The resource library is a great resource. Thoughtfully constructed especially the way the assignments are introduced. The most helpful supportive feline course I`ve done. The mentor sessions have been so valuable. The opportunity to watch video consultations and have case studies to look at is fantastic.

I found the course very informative and useful, particularly for working with dogs on a daily basis. It covered a wide range of common emergencies and helped me understand how to recognise signs of illness and injury and provide appropriate first aid. I feel much more confident about dealing with an emergency and knowing when veterinary attention is required. The course has also given me useful knowledge that I can apply in my dog-walking and pet-care work. Overall, I would recommend the course to anyone who regularly works with or cares for dogs.

I would recommend this course to anyone wishing to better their knowledge for canine behaviour. It really delves into the ‘how’ and ‘why’ reasons for behaviours. As an RVN I began seeing behaviour consultations in practice prior to this course, but only had limited training on behaviour as there are not many courses available that provide really helpful, detailed lessons. Following this course, I have had so much more confidence and capability with performing my behaviour consultations, and feel that I can really be a benefit to clients needing help. Caroline is absolutely excellent, so extremely helpful and friendly, and is a great mentor for this course.

The Pet Education & Training Advanced Certificate in Canine Fear, Anxiety & Aggression was an amazing in depth course. It has so much information on canine behaviour, socialisation and development. Along with how to assess and develop behavioural modification plans to aid the dog and owner. As well as looking at what else can be implemented from a veterinary and holistic perspective.

I would highly recommend this course, particularly for people working within a veterinary setting, working with fearful and anxious dogs on a regular basis. As it will aid your understanding of body language and subtle signs on a deeper level. The course will also be massively beneficial if your practice offers in house behavioural sessions, where you are working with dogs which are fearful and anxious when coming to the vets.

I really enjoyed completing the Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling (Feline) + Mentorship. The course gave me a much deeper understanding of feline behaviour and, importantly, encouraged me to look beyond the behaviour itself and consider the underlying emotional state, environment, early experiences and individual needs of the cat.

The sections on feline body language, stress, environmental needs and behaviour modification were particularly valuable. I found the case studies and practical application especially helpful because they encouraged me to think about how the knowledge could be applied to real-life situations rather than simply learning theory.

I also appreciated being encouraged to explore additional resources and research. This helped me become more confident in finding and interpreting evidence and thinking critically about behavioural recommendations.

The pace worked well for me alongside working, and I found that I could revisit material when I wanted to explore a subject in more depth. The mentorship aspect was also useful because it helped connect the course content with practical behaviour cases.

As a veterinary nurse, I feel the course has complemented my existing clinical knowledge and given me greater confidence when assessing feline behaviour, recognising signs of stress and discussing environmental and behavioural needs with clients. I also feel better equipped to recognise when behaviour may require further veterinary investigation or referral.

I would recommend this course to colleagues, particularly veterinary professionals or anyone wanting to develop a more structured and evidence-based understanding of feline behaviour. The combination of theory, practical case work and additional resources was what stood out most to me.

This was a very well-paced course that combines a useful mixture of media types to support the learning process, including videos, webinars and handouts. The content was pitched at an appropriate level throughout and was clear and easy to understand, while still covering a lot of ground. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable and presents the information in a very accessible way. I particularly found the quiz at the end helpful for checking my understanding and reinforcing the key learning points. The course would be useful to anyone who works with cats or dogs and wants to develop their knowledge, but it would also be highly beneficial to pet owners who simply want to understand their animals better. I would definitely recommend it.

I found the course extremely comprehensive and very well paced, with an excellent mixture of videos, webinars, reading and research papers, which made the learning both engaging and varied. Caroline was always on hand to provide support, either by email or through one-to-one coaching sessions, which was invaluable. The PET library is an exceptional resource, with a wealth of materials, including practical examples and handouts that can be used directly with clients. The course really was “soup to nuts” and would be hugely beneficial both to anyone new to feline behaviour and to those looking to enhance their existing knowledge. The lifetime access is a fantastic bonus, particularly as new materials and videos are continually being added. I would highly recommend the course, whether your aim is simply to understand your own cat better or to pursue a career in animal behaviour.

Hugely enjoyable course. I have learnt so much around feline behaviour to add to my existing knowledge of dog behaviour. The course is well laid out and in digestible chunks and I can’t think Caroline enough for her support in my mentorship sessions.
