This was a very well-paced course that combines a useful mixture of media types to support the learning process, including videos, webinars and handouts. The content was pitched at an appropriate level throughout and was clear and easy to understand, while still covering a lot of ground. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable and presents the information in a very accessible way. I particularly found the quiz at the end helpful for checking my understanding and reinforcing the key learning points. The course would be useful to anyone who works with cats or dogs and wants to develop their knowledge, but it would also be highly beneficial to pet owners who simply want to understand their animals better. I would definitely recommend it.

I found the course extremely comprehensive and very well paced, with an excellent mixture of videos, webinars, reading and research papers, which made the learning both engaging and varied. Caroline was always on hand to provide support, either by email or through one-to-one coaching sessions, which was invaluable. The PET library is an exceptional resource, with a wealth of materials, including practical examples and handouts that can be used directly with clients. The course really was “soup to nuts” and would be hugely beneficial both to anyone new to feline behaviour and to those looking to enhance their existing knowledge. The lifetime access is a fantastic bonus, particularly as new materials and videos are continually being added. I would highly recommend the course, whether your aim is simply to understand your own cat better or to pursue a career in animal behaviour.

Hugely enjoyable course. I have learnt so much around feline behaviour to add to my existing knowledge of dog behaviour. The course is well laid out and in digestible chunks and I can’t think Caroline enough for her support in my mentorship sessions.

Having had a dog with separation anxiety, I know how tough this can be for the dog and their caregiver. Lots of great information and solutions for prevention and addressing issues. Visuals and pace spot on. Its great to be much more informed about this, and will help me in my future career.

Each section shows various ways to achieve the different scenarios, as not one way fits all (for us and the dogs).
I had to go over some of the areas a couple of times as I learn by hands on rather that reading about it.
The dog warden role has changed, and I will now also be going out to assist as and when needed.
I rescued two dogs many years ago and some of the information would still help with them as they are still aggressive to certain dogs within the area I live. Understanding their fears and how to reassure them would be very helpful and by attending these courses would be benefit me and dogs I come across.
Yes I would recommend this course to beginners, learning body language and best ways to approact, pick up and transport.

I have enjoyed the course overall however I am disabled and I have difficulties and limitations with processing information, so it has taken me a long time but that’s ok. I have enjoyed all the module topics – especially watching videos and assessing best practice. As feedback, I would enjoy more videos and prompts to use critical thinking and assess behaviour and best practice in a more visual way. It has been a great course, thank you!

The topics cover a large range of issues that I can face every day as a professional dog walker and pet sitter. The balance of written and visual training is helpful, with the video demonstrations reiterating the training beforehand. The quizzes at the end of each module are really helpful in understanding what I have learnt, and what areas I need to do more research into. It was useful to be able to dip in and out whenever I can, as I can work around the schedule of my day and not lose my place. Being able to go back to different modules to re-read is also helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested, it is very useful and worth the money.

The course was presented well to include theory, practical application using video and relevant knowledge tests.
I feel it would be beneficial to demonstrate how to locate, secure and transport aggressive dogs with colleagues working together.

This was a well-structured and easy-to-follow course with practical information that can be applied in real-life situations. The content was clear, the pace was appropriate, and I particularly enjoyed learning the essential first aid techniques for dogs. As someone with a background in Animal Science who works in pet care, I found the course very valuable for improving both my professional knowledge and confidence when dealing with emergencies. I would definitely recommend it to anyone working with animals or to dedicated pet owners, as it provides practical skills that could make a real difference.

A well written, informative course that everyone should do! The amount of times people just come up to my dog without asking and approach in ways completely against what is correct, is at large. It really encompasses the dogs’ welfare and emotional state and keeps these at the forefront all the way through. I will most definitely recommend this course to anyone who I speak to regarding dog behaviour and handling. I will also consider much of it when putting together my dog photography business plan.

I’ve lost count of how many of Caroline’s courses I’ve completed. They’re all fantastic and this one is no exception. Very detailed and well thought out course content with clear instructions on how to manage veterinary first aid situations.
