The topics cover a large range of issues that I can face every day as a professional dog walker and pet sitter. The balance of written and visual training is helpful, with the video demonstrations reiterating the training beforehand. The quizzes at the end of each module are really helpful in understanding what I have learnt, and what areas I need to do more research into. It was useful to be able to dip in and out whenever I can, as I can work around the schedule of my day and not lose my place. Being able to go back to different modules to re-read is also helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested, it is very useful and worth the money.

The course was presented well to include theory, practical application using video and relevant knowledge tests.
I feel it would be beneficial to demonstrate how to locate, secure and transport aggressive dogs with colleagues working together.

This was a well-structured and easy-to-follow course with practical information that can be applied in real-life situations. The content was clear, the pace was appropriate, and I particularly enjoyed learning the essential first aid techniques for dogs. As someone with a background in Animal Science who works in pet care, I found the course very valuable for improving both my professional knowledge and confidence when dealing with emergencies. I would definitely recommend it to anyone working with animals or to dedicated pet owners, as it provides practical skills that could make a real difference.

A well written, informative course that everyone should do! The amount of times people just come up to my dog without asking and approach in ways completely against what is correct, is at large. It really encompasses the dogs’ welfare and emotional state and keeps these at the forefront all the way through. I will most definitely recommend this course to anyone who I speak to regarding dog behaviour and handling. I will also consider much of it when putting together my dog photography business plan.

I’ve lost count of how many of Caroline’s courses I’ve completed. They’re all fantastic and this one is no exception. Very detailed and well thought out course content with clear instructions on how to manage veterinary first aid situations.

I enjoyed the course and gained some extra knowledge as well as recapping on other subjects. I do wonder if there could be a veterinary specific course as there were a few times I felt the subject area unnecesary for RVN’s.
The format and lay out were well thought out and the site itself easy to navigate.
I did have a couple of things with in the content that I disagreed with in terms of handling e.g crush cages, gauntlets and burritos which I believe are outdated and totally unnecessary.

I started studying this course to keep myself occupied when things were quiet but it exceeded my expectations and taught me lots of new things and up to date information about feline fear, stress and anxiety. It’s very in-depth but laid out in such a way that it makes learning easy and undaunting. I would recommend this course to anyone with an interest in cats, especially for cat behaivour professionals looking to gain further knowledge to help their human and feline clients. It’s a course that gives you good food for thought and lots of new ideas!

As a professional dog daycare and boarding provider, I found this Pet First Aid course extremely informative and relevant to my work. The content was clear, easy to understand, and delivered at a pace that allowed me to absorb the information thoroughly.
