How do I navigate my account?

Once signed in, click on your name or avatar at the top of the page to access your account. You can also go directly to your dashboard at petcourses.co.uk/members/me/.

Dashboard

Your dashboard is the first page you’ll see. It contains quick-access links to your most frequently used pages and a Resume Course slider, which allows you to pick up from where you left off on any of your enrolled courses.

Courses

Your Courses page contains all enrolled courses. Each course has a button labelled Start, Resume or Certificate, depending on how far you’ve progressed. You can click to expand each course to view your progress or click on a specific lesson.

Certificates

Your Certificates page shows all the certificates from your completed courses. Certificates are generated and downloaded on demand as a digital PDF.

Downloads

Some courses include downloadable resources such as PDFs, CPD transcripts and templates. These are available in the Downloads section of your profile.

Orders

View your order history, download invoices, and manage your payment methods in the Orders section.

Groups

If you are enrolled on a mentorship programme, you will find your professional community groups here.

Settings

Update your login information, email preferences, social accounts and privacy settings.
