How do I manage my email preferences?
We respect your inbox. Here’s how our email communications work and how you can manage your preferences.
Types of emails we send:
- Transactional emails — order confirmations, course access details, password resets and similar. These are essential for your account and cannot be opted out of.
- Course-related emails — reminders about courses you haven’t started, completion congratulations and first aid renewal reminders. These are related to your purchases and help you get the most from your courses.
- Marketing emails — occasional emails about new courses, offers and news from PET Courses. You can opt out of these at any time.
Opting out of marketing emails:
At checkout, you have the option to opt out of marketing emails. If you didn’t opt out at checkout but would like to now, you can update your preferences in your account settings under Email Preferences, or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
Notification settings:
You can also manage community notification preferences (e.g. group activity alerts) from the Email Preferences section of your account settings.
