How do I create an account or sign in?
We don’t have a dedicated registration page. The easiest way to create an account is to add a course to your basket and register your details at checkout.
If you have been given an enrolment code, you can create an account and redeem your course code by visiting our enrolment page.
Signing in
Click the Sign in link at the top of any page. A login window will appear where you can enter your email address and password. Once you are signed in, the Sign in link will be replaced by your account name and avatar.
Password requirements
Your password must be at least 8 characters long. It should not contain any of your personal information and must be different from any previously used passwords. A strong password uses a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
Forgot your password?
Click Forgot password on the sign in window to receive a reset link by email.
